Bayswater, Victoria, Australia, May 2024 – Miles Ridler has commenced a new position as Director Human Resources, Health & Safety at PACCAR Australia. In this role, Miles will lead the Human Resources and Safety Management functions, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to drive strategy and growth across the HR and HSE functions.
Miles Ridler has been with PACCAR Australia for over nine years. His journey with the company began as a Learning & Development Manager / HRBP, where he was responsible for aligning the organizational learning culture with business talent and succession planning.
He then progressed to roles including HR Manager – Business Partners, and Manager Business Partnerships, Employment Relations and Policy, where he led teams providing HR consultancy and strategic advice across the business.
Most recently, Miles served as the Director Human Resources, Health & Safety (acting), where he demonstrated his leadership capabilities in managing the HR and HSE functions effectively.
Before joining PACCAR Australia, Miles held various HR roles at Coles Group, including Regional HR Manager and HR Project Manager. At MYER, he contributed as Change Manager – Omni-Channel Program and HR Manager – Learning & Development, playing a pivotal role in strategic HR initiatives and large-scale business projects.
