Gurgaon, Haryana, India, March 2025 — Milind Sharma has been appointed as the Head of Rapid Commerce and D2C Brands at Delhivery, marking his return to the logistics major where he was a founding member in 2012. With a decade-long track record of entrepreneurship and leadership in e-commerce and quick commerce, Milind is poised to lead Delhivery’s rapid commerce strategy and scale its direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand services.
Milind previously co-founded PepperTap, a hyperlocal grocery delivery startup that scaled to a $200M+ ARR before pivoting. He also co-founded Nuvo Logistics, a logistics provider operational in 75+ cities that was later acquired by Shadowfax, where he served as Vice President – Growth and New Initiatives. In his most recent entrepreneurial ventures, Milind launched Flyo, a quick commerce platform, and Mabel, a curated jewelry commerce brand backed by Sauce.VC and Whiteboard Capital.
Earlier in his career, Milind was a key player at Delhivery, where he helped build the company’s operational backbone and onboard major clients including Flipkart and Snapdeal. His entrepreneurial journey reflects a strong understanding of scaling businesses, managing operations, and navigating evolving digital commerce landscapes.
