Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Mini Mathew has been appointed as the Human Resources Director at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, a leading global engineering conglomerate. In this role, she will spearhead the company’s people strategy, HR transformation, and employee engagement, aligning with CG’s legacy of innovation and excellence in the electrical engineering industry.
Mathew joins CG Power and Industrial Solutions after a successful tenure at Atos, where she served as Head of Human Resources – Global Delivery Centers across six geographies. She was responsible for leading HR functions across India, Poland, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Romania, and other regions, overseeing a workforce of over 20,000 employees.
Previously, she was the Head of HR – KPO Services at Atos Syntel, where she led end-to-end HR operations for the KPO business in India and the Philippines, managing over 5,500 employees, including responsibilities for the joint venture State Street Syntel Pvt. Ltd.
Earlier, Mathew spent over a decade with Syntel Inc., where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles including Head of COE & Transformation, Deputy General Manager – HR, and Vertical HR Head. She drove HR digitization, launched transformation projects like Syntel X.0, and embedded new leadership and talent frameworks across the organization.
She began her career in HR with Cybertech Systems and AG Technologies, where she built a strong foundation in HR policies, compliance, and talent acquisition before moving into senior strategic roles.
