New Delhi, India, September 2025 — Singer India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Anuj Kumar Vasdev as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate. With over 25 years of experience in finance, treasury, taxation, and business transformation across diverse industries, Mr. Vasdev will play a pivotal role in strengthening Singer India’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth journey.
Prior to joining Singer India, Mr. Vasdev served as Group Chief Financial Officer at National Commodities Management Services Limited (NCML), a Fairfax portfolio company, where he was part of the senior management and leadership team. In this role, he drove business and finance transformation, balance sheet monetization, capital deployment, debt management, cost optimization, and strategic business insights while leading a team of 25+ professionals.
Previously, he was Director Finance & CFO at Ozone Overseas Pvt. Ltd., where he led the finance function for the group’s multi-entity structure in India with a manufacturing and imports model.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with Wrigley India (Mars Inc.), where he held leadership positions including Head of FP&A, Head of Business Financial Planning, and Head of Tax & Treasury. He worked closely with the India MD and APAC leadership team on P&L management, audits, and financial strategy while also driving financial excellence and transformation initiatives.
Mr. Vasdev began his career with Dabur India Limited, where he spent over seven years across financial and management accounting roles, followed by leadership responsibilities at PepsiCo, where he managed plant finance, treasury, and taxation. He later took on senior finance leadership roles with Wrigley, Ozone Group, and NCML, building deep expertise in strategic finance, M&A, taxation, and financial planning.
He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also holds credentials from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
