Miranda Ledvina has been promoted to Director of Human Resources for Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) Sales at Kohler Co., as announced in April 2024. This promotion highlights Ledvina’s nearly twelve-year commitment and escalating responsibilities within the company, reflecting her significant contributions to the HR sector at Kohler.

Since joining Kohler in June 2012, Ledvina has held various roles, beginning her journey in a rotational HR Generalist program and advancing through key positions such as HR Generalist for Supply Chain & Quality, Training Specialist, and multiple senior HR management roles. Most recently, she served as Senior HR Manager for Strategic Projects within the Kitchen & Bath Group. Each role has equipped her with extensive expertise in strategic planning, talent management, and leadership—skills she will continue to leverage in her new capacity to drive Kohler’s HR initiatives in North America.

Before her latest promotion, Ledvina notably led as Senior HR Manager, where she played a crucial role in overseeing human resources for Kohler’s Kitchen & Bath operations in North America, further enhancing her profile as a seasoned HR leader capable of managing large-scale and dynamic team environments.
