Miranda Lott has been with Climb Credit Union for approximately four years, having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she focused on aligning strategic HR priorities with business objectives, including culture development, talent management, and employee engagement. She successfully led a team responsible for recruiting, payroll, training, and project management, driving a performance-focused workplace culture.

Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Climb Credit Union for nearly two years, where she played a key role in performance management and the implementation of total rewards strategies aimed at retaining top talent. She also led the development of employee experience metrics, aligning them with the company’s strategic vision.
Before joining Climb Credit Union, Lott spent approximately five years at Zeal Credit Union in various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in cultural transformation initiatives and introduced design thinking methodologies for creative problem-solving. She also developed a metrics dashboard for turnover analysis and talent retention.
Earlier in her career, she held HR positions at Collabera as a Technical Recruiter and served in advisory and recruitment roles at Central Michigan University, where she focused on professional development and early-career mentorship.
