10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt, July 2025 — Mohamed Elhamamsy has stepped into a new role as HR Business Partner at Alarabia Group, a leading player in retail, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce of home appliances and lifestyle products in Egypt.
Mohamed brings a wealth of HR experience to Alarabia Group, having previously led large-scale recruitment and HR operations across multiple regions. In his most recent role at B.Laban, he served as Team Lead Recruitment, managing end-to-end operations and strategic hiring across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Libya, Morocco, and Oman. Prior to that, at INSUTECH, he functioned as Senior Recruitment & OD Specialist, implementing talent acquisition strategies, employee training programs, and performance management systems.
His earlier tenure at Alarabia Group as Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2022 to 2023 further established his familiarity with the organization’s culture and operational tempo. He has also worked with Lactalis Egypt Group, Kout Food Group, Raya CX, and Majorel, refining his capabilities in recruitment, organizational development, customer relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.
With nearly a decade of progressive HR and recruitment experience, Mohamed’s return to Alarabia Group marks a strategic strengthening of their HR capabilities to support the company’s growth and transformation journey.
