Cairo, Egypt, July 2024 – Mohamed Okasha has started his new role as Director of Human Resources at the EgSA-Egyptian Space Agency. With a wealth of experience in HR management, administration, and internal audits, Mohamed is well-equipped to lead the HR initiatives at the Egyptian Space Agency.
Mohamed Okasha has been with EgSA-Egyptian Space Agency for approximately 1 year and 1 month. In his new role as Director of Human Resources, he will oversee HR functions, employee training, and development initiatives to support the agency’s mission. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Internal Audit at EgSA for about 1 year, where he led internal audits and team management efforts.
Before joining EgSA, Mohamed worked at Estadat as an HR Business Lead for approximately 6 months, where he focused on HR consulting and team leadership. He also served as HR Technical Manager at City Sports Management for about 4 months, managing training and development, recruitment, and HR consulting.
Earlier in his career, Mohamed held the role of Administrative Director at Estadat for around 1 year and 1 month, where he led administrative and team management tasks. He also has extensive experience with the Administrative Control Authority, where he served as a member for about 10 years and 5 months, specializing in training, development, and office administration.
Mohamed began his career as a Military Officer in the Egyptian Armed Forces, where he served for approximately 7 years and 6 months, gaining valuable leadership and management skills.
