Malmo, Skåne County, Sweden, September 2024 – Åsa Lamm has started her new position as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Eolus, a leading developer of renewable energy solutions. In her new role, she will lead human resources strategies to drive company culture and talent development, contributing to the company’s mission of creating a sustainable future.
Before joining Eolus, Åsa Lamm served as the Nordic HR Director at Unilin Nordic AB for approximately two and a half years, where she was responsible for managing HR operations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Her work included both strategic and operational HR functions, as well as serving as a key member of the leadership team.
Prior to Unilin, Åsa was the Senior HR Consultant and Interim HR Director at Lamm HR Consulting AB for around one and a half years, where she provided expert consulting services and interim HR leadership to various organizations in the Malmo region.
She also worked as the HR Director at Granitor Properties AB (formerly Midroc Properties) for about six years, where she developed and digitalized the HR function, providing strategic support to management and overseeing a team of three people. During her tenure, the company earned the title of “Best Employer in Sweden” in 2019 and 2020.
Before her time at Granitor, Åsa held various HR leadership roles at Skanska, including HR Business Partner and Project Developer for Leadership Development & Succession Planning over the course of eight years. She played a crucial role in developing HR strategies and managing talent across large regions, working closely with senior management.
Earlier in her career, Åsa also worked at Manpower and ABB, managing HR recruitment processes, leading international trainee programs, and providing HR support to different business units. Her extensive experience spans nearly three decades, with a strong focus on HR strategy, leadership, and organizational development.
