Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Parag S. has joined Quick Heal Technologies Limited as Lead People and Culture Partner. In his new role, he will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen people practices, drive culture initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth within one of India’s leading cybersecurity companies.
With a diverse background spanning HR business partnering, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, culture transformation, and people strategy, Parag brings a well-rounded perspective to the role as Quick Heal continues to expand its footprint across cybersecurity and digital protection solutions.
Prior to joining Quick Heal, Parag S. served as Human Resource Partner, Global at Turing, where he worked closely with global stakeholders and project groups to align people strategies with business objectives. His responsibilities included onboarding optimization, workforce transitions, role architecture, coaching managers on feedback mechanisms, performance management, pulse surveys, HR technology implementation, and change management initiatives across globally distributed teams.
Before Turing, he worked with Technogise as Talent Success Partner, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy. His contributions included designing growth frameworks and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), implementing OKR systems, conducting talent reviews for high-potential employees, driving DEIB initiatives, delivering learning and development programs, and establishing culture-building frameworks and employee value systems. He also developed policies, playbooks, and employee handbooks that strengthened organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Parag S. served as Senior Human Resources Manager at AmberStudent, where he led overall HR operations, talent management, payroll, compensation, and people development initiatives. Prior to that, he spent more than three years with Hitachi Cyber as Assistant Manager HR (HR Business Partner) and Interim HR Manager. During this tenure, he managed talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, policy formulation, career conversations, succession planning, and learning interventions, while aligning people metrics with business outcomes.
A significant foundation of his HR career was built at Reliance Industries Limited, where he worked as HR Business Partner supporting talent acquisition, campus hiring, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, compliance assurance, risk management, and rewards and recognition programs. His early professional experience also includes an HR internship with Techsignia Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he gained practical exposure to core HR functions and organizational processes.
Parag S. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Sinhgad Institutes, where he developed the academic foundation that has supported his successful career across diverse HR disciplines.
