Irbid, Jordan, June 2026 — Venkatesh Theagarajan (Venky) has joined Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. as Assistant General Manager – Learning & Development. In his new role, he will focus on building organizational capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and strengthening talent development initiatives that support the company’s ongoing growth and operational excellence.
His appointment comes at a significant time for Classic Fashion as the organization continues to expand its position as one of the largest and most innovative apparel manufacturers in the MENA region.
Prior to joining Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co., Venkatesh Theagarajan held multiple global HR leadership positions across technology, cybersecurity, consulting, and services organizations. Most recently, he served as Global Executive Director HR – People Success, Business Strategist, Culture Architect and Global Executive Director HR – Operational Strategy & Workforce Architect at Sennovate Inc. In these leadership roles, he worked closely with executive teams and boards to drive global HR strategy, organizational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives across multiple geographies.
Before Sennovate, he served as Global Director Human Resources & Operations at Cyble Inc., where he led global people strategy, organizational development, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, culture transformation, and HR operations. During his tenure, he played a key role in supporting the organization’s rapid growth, scaling global teams, strengthening employee engagement, and implementing strategic workforce initiatives across international markets.
Earlier in his career, Venkatesh held leadership positions with Quarks, Valeo, and The Cyber Express, where he gained extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management. His responsibilities spanned India, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, ASEAN, Australia, and other international markets, providing him with a strong multicultural leadership perspective.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Venkatesh is widely recognized as an HR thought leader, leadership coach, and mentor. He serves as a Board Member, Strategic Growth Advisor and Investor at Peak Connectivity, is a Leadership Coach & Career Strategist on Topmate, and contributes regularly as an HR Thought Leadership Writer on Medium. He has also been a speaker and delegate at numerous HR conferences and industry forums.
A unique aspect of his journey is his distinguished sporting background. Alongside his HR leadership career, Venkatesh represented multiple professional cricket organizations in India and the United States, serving as an opening batsman and wicket-keeper for several competitive teams and leagues. This experience has further strengthened his leadership, team-building, resilience, and performance-driven mindset.
