Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Mitrabinda Mishra has started a new position as General Manager Human Resources at NoBroker.com, supporting the company’s New Projects vertical. In this role, she will partner closely with business leaders to build and scale high-performing teams while driving key HR initiatives that enable growth, performance, and an exceptional employee experience. She will oversee all aspects of HR for NoBroker’s New Projects business as the organization continues its expansion journey.
Before joining NoBroker.com, Mitrabinda Mishra served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Zepto, where she led end-to-end recruitment for Category, Replenishment, and Category Centre of Excellence teams. In this role, she focused on attracting and hiring talent that drove business profitability, optimized supply chains, and strengthened strategic category capabilities in one of India’s fastest-growing quick-commerce companies.
Prior to Zepto, she spent more than three years with Dunzo as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, leading recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions across multiple business functions. She built and developed high-performing talent acquisition teams, partnered with business leaders on strategic hiring initiatives, and drove process improvements to create efficient hiring frameworks while maintaining robust and diverse talent pipelines.
Earlier, Mitrabinda Mishra worked with BAeHAL Software Ltd as Senior Business Associate – HR & Recruitment, where she led the recruitment function for the organization. Her responsibilities included candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and recruitment strategy execution. She also briefly served as Assistant Manager at Bonito Designs and pursued independent projects as a Freelance Interior Designer, demonstrating a diverse professional background.
A significant part of her early career was spent at Infosys, where she worked for over seven years across multiple roles including Associate Business Analyst, Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer. During this period, she gained extensive experience in PeopleSoft implementation and re-implementation, business analysis, testing, project management, technical documentation, asset management, and enterprise technology solutions. This foundation in technology and business operations has complemented her later success in HR leadership and talent acquisition.
Mitrabinda Mishra holds a PGDM in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, further strengthening her expertise in business management and organizational leadership.
