Cairo, Egypt, March 2025 – Engaz AI, a rapidly growing AI and tech solutions provider, has appointed Mohamed Omar Elkelany as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience across diverse industries, Elkelany is expected to play a key role in advancing the company’s people strategy as it scales its global operations.
Prior to joining Engaz AI, Elkelany served for more than 12 years at Ellithy Group of Companies, where he held the position of HR & Admin Director. He spearheaded HR operations across multiple subsidiaries—including automotive, manufacturing, travel, and insurance—developing policies, overseeing talent strategy, and driving workforce engagement across complex business units.

Elkelany’s earlier career included roles as HR Generalist & Trainer at MMA Paper Products Factory and HR Specialist at Ellithy Company for Import and Export, where he gained hands-on experience in recruitment, compliance, training, and performance management. He began his career in sales leadership roles at Auto Samir Rayan and IBM’s authorized training center, showcasing strong operational and people management skills early on.
