Ahmadi, Kuwait – Al-Rakeb Oil, Electricity & Construction Services K.S.C.C, a leading firm in the energy and construction sectors in Kuwait, has proudly announced the appointment of Mohammad Al-Qattan as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer. With this promotion, effective from March 2024, Al-Qattan brings over four years of dedicated service within Al-Rakeb itself, alongside a comprehensive skill set in business strategy, project management, and quality assurance.
Prior to ascending to the role of Deputy CEO, Al-Qattan contributed significantly as a Projects Manager at Al-Rakeb, starting from January 2024. In this capacity, he was instrumental in managing stakeholder operations, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and implementing technical and management systems software to stabilize the company’s infrastructure.
Al-Qattan’s journey with Al-Rakeb began in July 2018 as a Student Intern, a position he held for over two years, gaining invaluable experience and skills in CNC milling and machinery. He then advanced to a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer role in December 2020, where for nearly two years, he leveraged his project management and quality auditing skills to uphold the company’s high standards in project execution and delivery.
This promotion reflects Al-Qattan’s relentless dedication and strategic vision for Al-Rakeb, positioning him as a key player in steering the company toward future successes in Kuwait’s dynamic energy and construction markets.
