Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — Ferrero has appointed Mohiit Bagla as Head of Ecommerce, entrusting him with leading the company’s e-commerce strategy and accelerating digital commerce growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer markets. The appointment reflects Ferrero’s continued focus on strengthening its omnichannel presence and enhancing consumer engagement across digital platforms.
With over a decade of experience across FMCG sales, go-to-market strategy, sales capability, regional business leadership, and commercial transformation, Mohiit Bagla brings a strong blend of strategic and operational expertise to his new role. Since joining Ferrero in 2023, he has steadily progressed through leadership positions of increasing responsibility. He began as Head of Sales Capability, driving capability-building initiatives across the sales organisation, before moving to Associate General Manager – Regional Head (East) and subsequently General Manager – Regional Head (East), where he successfully led business growth and commercial execution across one of the company’s key regional markets.
Before joining Ferrero, Bagla was part of Reliance Consumer Products Limited, where he served as Regional Manager – West and Branch Sales Manager, overseeing FMCG operations across Maharashtra and Goa while also managing the Home One general merchandise business across Western India. His leadership focused on market expansion, sales execution, channel development, and business growth during the formative years of Reliance’s FMCG venture.
Earlier in his career, Bagla held strategic sales and go-to-market roles at Marico Limited as GTM Manager – East and at GSK Consumer Healthcare India as GTM Manager – North and Area Sales Manager, strengthening commercial capabilities across multiple markets. He began his leadership journey with Pidilite Industries Limited, progressing from Management Trainee to Branch Manager, where he managed leading consumer brands including Fevikwik, M-Seal, Steelgrip, and Motomax. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), providing a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive experience in sales and commercial leadership.
In his new role as Head of Ecommerce, Bagla will lead Ferrero’s digital commerce agenda, driving omnichannel growth, strengthening online consumer engagement, and expanding the company’s e-commerce footprint across India.
