Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) has announced the appointment of Mohit Sardana as Chief Executive Officer – B2C. In his new role, Mohit will be responsible for spearheading the company’s business-to-consumer growth strategy, leveraging his extensive experience in operations, business transformation, and customer-centric innovation to strengthen Xpressbees’ market leadership.
Mohit brings with him more than 20 years of leadership experience across internet businesses, consulting, and consumer brands. Most recently, he was part of the leadership team at Blinkit, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence in quick commerce. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operations Officer at Zomato, where he scaled food delivery logistics and built a resilient, high-performing system that transformed the customer experience across India.
Before joining Zomato, Mohit was associated with MakeMyTrip as Chief Business Officer – GoFro.com, where he led sales, marketing, and product functions, successfully securing $11 million in funding and building a Rs 100-crore business. As Vice President – Outbound Product Development at MakeMyTrip, he oversaw the international holidays business, driving growth through product innovation and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Mohit worked with Accenture as Engagement Manager, leading strategic projects across FMCG, automotive, and infrastructure sectors, and helping clients realign go-to-market and sales strategies for growth. He also gained frontline commercial experience with PepsiCo India as Territory Development Manager and Mars International Inc. as Area Sales Incharge, where he successfully expanded market reach and delivered revenue growth.
With his strong track record of scaling businesses, building customer-first strategies, and delivering digital transformation across leading organizations, Mohit is well-positioned to lead Xpressbees’ B2C business into its next phase of growth and innovation.
