Monica White’s journey to CMO saw her leading teams across product marketing, technical marketing, and sales enablement at Carbon Black, where she significantly contributed from October 2023 to March 2024. Under her leadership, her teams covered a broad product portfolio across NGAV, EDR, XDR, and Application control, emphasizing analyst relations, content marketing, and growth strategies.
Before her tenure at Carbon Black, White demonstrated her prowess at Cisco as the Senior Director of Product Marketing. Her responsibilities expanded across a $1B+ product portfolio, encompassing Duo, Zero Trust, EDR, NDR, Email, XDR, and Vulnerability Management, highlighting her capacity to manage and innovate within substantial market segments.
Her expertise was further solidified through her role as Vice President of Product Marketing at Kenna Security, where she drove the product marketing direction, collaborating closely with various marketing functions to reinforce Kenna Security’s position in the market before its acquisition by Cisco.
