Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, May 2025 – Australian Vintage, a leading ASX-listed wine and drinks company, has announced the promotion of Tom Dusseldorp to Chief Executive Officer. Dusseldorp, who joined the company in 2022, most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and brings over 17 years of leadership experience across food and beverage, FMCG, and social impact sectors.
In his most recent role as Chief Commercial Officer, Dusseldorp was responsible for spearheading sales and marketing across the APAC and Americas regions, aligning brand strategy and pricing with global objectives. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading the success of the company’s core brands — McGuigan Wines, Tempus Two, Nepenthe, and Barossa Valley Wine Company — while driving innovative product development like Tempus One Spritzers and supporting the company’s ESG efforts, which led to B Corp certification.
Before joining Australian Vintage, Dusseldorp held leadership roles at All G Foods as Marketing & Sales Director, where he played a pivotal role in launching the plant-based food startup and achieving Australia’s largest FMCG seed raise. He also served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Camp Australia, where he led crisis response and rebranding initiatives that significantly boosted the company’s growth trajectory.
Earlier, Dusseldorp was Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager – Marketing & Innovation at Freedom Foods Group Ltd. (Noumi), where he launched iconic brands like MilkLAB and Messy Monkeys, and redefined the company’s identity around “Making Food Better.” His marketing career began with notable achievements at Pernod Ricard, where he led campaigns for global spirits brands like Chivas Regal, G.H. Mumm, and The Glenlivet across Asia-Pacific and the UK.
Beyond the corporate world, Dusseldorp has served for 15 years as Chairman of the Dusseldorp Forum, a family foundation that funds initiatives for young and vulnerable communities, managing investments and supporting government-backed impact programs across Australia.
