Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2026 — Pooja Banjara has joined Lonza India as Head of HR, marking a significant addition to the organization’s leadership as it continues to strengthen its people strategy in a rapidly evolving global healthcare and CDMO landscape.
In this role, Pooja will be responsible for driving HR strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling talent practices aligned with Lonza’s focus on innovation, agility, and global growth.
Prior to joining Lonza, Pooja served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Minfy, where she played a key role in performance management, employee relations, and business-aligned HR practices, supporting organizational growth and people effectiveness.
Before that, she was associated with Keka HR as a People Partner, contributing to HR policy formulation, performance reviews, and talent engagement initiatives, further strengthening her expertise in HR operations and employee experience.
Earlier in her career, Pooja spent over six years with Deloitte India (Offices of the US) as Assistant Manager – Talent Relations, where she gained deep experience in talent management, conflict resolution, and employee relations, working in a complex and high-performance consulting environment.
She began her professional journey with early roles at Randstad India, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, and Career Logic Staffing, building a strong foundation in HR operations and recruitment.
Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Osmania University and St. Joseph’s College, bringing a solid academic grounding to her extensive experience in HR leadership.
