Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 – Pooja Gawas has been promoted to Vice President – Enterprise Sales at Loop, India’s pioneering health assurance company that integrates insurance with preventive healthcare for employee well-being. In her new role, Pooja will lead enterprise growth and client engagement strategies, further strengthening Loop’s mission to make workplaces healthier and more productive across India.
Over the past three years at Loop, Pooja has demonstrated remarkable leadership progression — from Head of Sales – Pune, to Enterprise Sales Head, and now Vice President – Enterprise Sales. Her contributions have been pivotal in driving Loop’s expansion across enterprise markets, building long-term client partnerships, and advancing digital health solutions that redefine employee wellness and engagement.
Before joining Loop, Pooja served as Commercial Director at Conrad Pune (Hilton), where she led the property’s sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue optimization and strengthening brand visibility in a highly competitive hospitality market. Her tenure at Hilton was marked by a customer-first approach and innovative sales initiatives that delivered consistent business growth.
Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles at Marriott International, including Director of Sales at JW Marriott Pune, Director of Sales at Indore Marriott Hotel, and Associate Director – National Sales. During this period, she played a key role in developing national corporate accounts, launching integrated marketing campaigns, and mentoring sales teams across locations. Her ability to combine analytical precision with relationship-driven leadership made her a trusted leader within Marriott’s sales ecosystem.
Pooja’s earlier career includes impactful tenures at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Taj Land’s End, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where she honed her skills in business development, event sales, and client relationship management. With over 17 years of experience, she has consistently delivered strong results through her expertise in hospitality sales and strategic account management.
