San Francisco Bay Area, California, USA, November 2025 — Monit Vats has joined Pulsora as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where he will lead the company’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this strategic leadership role, Monit will focus on scaling Pulsora’s worldwide revenue operations, strengthening market penetration, and helping enterprises convert sustainability and regulatory data into measurable business outcomes. His appointment reinforces Pulsora’s commitment to advancing purpose-led business transformation powered by AI, data intelligence, and integrated ESG platforms.
In his most recent role, Monit served as Senior Vice President and Global Enterprise Sales at Panopto, and previously as Vice President, Worldwide Sales. During his tenure, he drove enterprise expansion across global markets, enhanced GTM execution frameworks, and built scalable high-performance sales organizations.
Before Panopto, Monit held multiple senior leadership roles at Sift, where he led sales across the Americas and APAC. During this period, he generated $50M+ in net new revenue, scaling the company from $30M to $100M ARR and building a high-performing global commercial team. His leadership also included spearheading the GTM integration of Chargeback.com following its acquisition.
Earlier in his career, Monit led enterprise sales expansion at Conversion Logic, driving a 10x revenue scale-up and onboarding global marquee brands. He also held sales leadership positions at Oracle, where he built and scaled the Marketing Cloud enterprise sales and SDR organizations across North America.
Monit began his journey applying structured sales methodologies and commercial process design to scale a family-run business, building a foundation of entrepreneurial decision-making, operational discipline, and growth execution.
