Lakewood, New Jersey, United States, November 2025 — Montium has announced the appointment of Shazia Chaudry as the company’s new Chief People Officer. This appointment marks a key step in strengthening Montium’s leadership team as it advances into its next phase of growth and organizational development.

With more than 20 years of global human resources leadership experience, Chaudry has built a distinguished career across the legal, academic, financial services, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Montium, she was Chief People Officer at Emergent, where she led global HR strategy, recruitment, and engagement initiatives, and played a pivotal role in coaching senior executives and improving workforce retention.
She has previously held senior HR positions at Ropes & Gray LLP, State Street, and Sirva, where she specialized in global HR, talent mobility, and workforce compliance. Beyond corporate leadership, she also serves as a Board Advisor to a non-profit organization that supports young girls in underserved communities across India, Uganda, and the United States—reflecting her deep commitment to equity and empowerment.
In her new role at Montium, Chaudry will join the executive management team and lead the company’s people strategy, encompassing talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture. Her leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that Montium’s people priorities align with its broader business goals and community impact mission.
