Barcelona, Spain – Montse Guardia Guell has joined IDEADED as its new Chief People & Culture Officer, starting her tenure at the beginning of 2024. Guardia Guell brings to the role a wealth of experience, marked by over 25 years in strategic and operational leadership across diverse technology sectors.
Prior to IDEADED, Guardia Guell served as the President of the Board of Trustees at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since April 2022, where she still holds the position. Her involvement there has focused on leading initiatives that blend academic rigor with real-world technology applications.
From December 2022, she has been a co-founder at Big Onion, where her strategic foresight has been crucial in guiding the startup through its early phases. Before that, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Mobile World Capital Barcelona, a role that lasted from October 2022 to May 2023, emphasizing digital transformation across Spain.
From January 2019 to October 2021, Guardia Guell was the General Manager at Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing the consortium’s operational efficiency and expanding its influence across LATAM and Europe.
Her earlier roles include significant positions at Technip, SABIS, and Atos Origin, where she held various senior management roles focused on innovation and technology management. These roles spanned across different continents and involved leading large teams and projects, emphasizing her global executive profile.
IDEADED is at the forefront of the semiconductor industry, innovating in the development of processes and materials that enhance the performance and cost-effectiveness of IoT electronics.
