Nashville, Tennessee, United States, March 2026 — Mosai has appointed Lani Williams as Chief People Officer, strengthening its people leadership as the intelligent care coordination platform continues to build scale and capability. In her new role, Williams will lead Mosai’s people and culture agenda, with a focus on strengthening leadership, supporting organisational growth, and enabling teams to deliver on the company’s mission in home-based and value-based care.
Williams joins Mosai after serving as Chief People Officer at Honest Health (September 2022 to March 2026), where she led the people function during a period of growth and organisational evolution. Her work in this role reflects deep expertise in building people strategies that support high-growth environments, including employer branding and scalable HR foundations.
Before Honest Health, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Advise Health Holdings (June 2021 to September 2022), where she led HR strategy and operations, supporting business priorities through workforce planning, leadership partnership, and talent-focused programs.
Earlier, Williams served as Vice President, Human Resources at naviHealth (March 2019 to June 2021), contributing to people leadership in a healthcare environment that underwent significant change, including the company’s acquisition by UnitedHealth Group’s Optum business.
She previously spent nearly five years at Bridgestone Americas (October 2014 to March 2019) as Human Resources Architect for North America, and also held People and Culture Leadership Positions spanning manufacturing, healthcare, and automotive environments (September 2002 to October 2014), building broad expertise across complex, multi-site organisations.
