Kolkata, West Bengal,India, August 2025 – Harbauer India Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Moumita Saha as Head of Human Resources. In this leadership role, she will spearhead all human resource strategies and operations across the organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational culture.
Moumita joined Harbauer India in May 2025 as Senior Human Resources Manager and quickly advanced to her current role, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in human capital management, ADP payroll, and global HR practices.
Before joining Harbauer India, Moumita served as Senior Human Resources Manager at FZ Specialities Pvt Ltd, where she led HR operations for over two years. Prior to that, she was Human Resources Manager at White Castle Hospitality Group, contributing to talent strategy and operational HR excellence.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of Human Resources Manager at Jayanta Food Products for more than five years and Head HR at Indian Gem & Jewellery IMPERIAL Pvt. Ltd. She also held leadership HR positions at 100citiesrealestate and MPS Group, where she managed HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and performance management systems.
Her career began at Hero Cycles Ltd. and Hero ITES, where she developed her expertise in HR administration, talent acquisition, and employee development.
