Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 — EdiGlobe has announced the appointment of Eshwari K Ramesh as Head of Human Resources. In this role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, and culture-building programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of making education globally accessible.
Eshwari has been with EdiGlobe since December 2023, serving as Corporate Relations/B2B Head, where she successfully built corporate partnerships, drove business development, expanded market presence, and customized EdTech solutions to meet client needs.
Before joining EdiGlobe, she was a US IT Recruiter at Boston Services, where she specialized in technical hiring for healthcare and IT roles, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Verzeo, holding roles as Operations Executive and Business Development Executive, contributing to operational efficiency and client acquisition. She also gained experience as an Internship Trainee at BESCOM, which gave her early exposure to organizational processes and operational frameworks.
