Munish has been a cornerstone of CGHFL’s journey, serving previously as Business Head, National Sales Head – HL & MSME, and National Sales Manager – HL. His consistent performance, strategic foresight, and ability to align business objectives with customer aspirations have been vital to CGHFL’s success in becoming one of India’s most trusted housing finance providers.
Before joining Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd., Munish held senior leadership positions across leading financial institutions, bringing over two decades of experience in mortgage lending, sales leadership, and distribution management.
At Shriram Housing Finance Ltd., he served as Zonal Head, driving regional business expansion and operational excellence. Prior to that, during his five-year tenure at DHFL, Munish led multiple zones as Circle Sales Head – Mortgages, Zonal Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager, contributing to significant market growth across North and East India.
His earlier experience spans key sales and management roles at Destimoney Securities Pvt. Ltd., GE Money Housing Finance Limited, and HDFC Sales (Home Loan Services India Pvt. Ltd.), where he built and managed strong distribution networks in Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi. Munish began his career at Aditya Birla Global Finance Limited, handling mortgage business development and builder relationships.
Throughout his professional journey, Munish has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in sales strategy, business development, leadership, and client relationship management, making him a proven leader in the Indian housing finance industry.
