Gujarat, India, August 2025 – Mushtaque Ansari has joined KP Group as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he will play a key role in driving the Group’s people strategy as Asia’s largest galvanizing kettle plant takes shape at the Matar facility. With over two decades of experience spanning human resources, administration, industrial relations, and sustainability, Mushtaque brings deep expertise in aligning HR with business growth, compliance, and organizational development.
Mushtaque joins KP Group after an illustrious 16-year tenure at Roadis, where he advanced from Senior Manager HR to Deputy General Manager HR. Over this period, he led end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning while also gaining significant exposure in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives. His leadership helped strengthen organizational culture and compliance frameworks across multiple projects.
Earlier in his career, Mushtaque served as Head of HR at Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (India Division), where he was instrumental in driving HR operations and employee engagement for the group’s infrastructure development projects in India. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Executive Human Resources at IJM Corporation Berhad (India Division), contributing to talent acquisition, HR policy, and employee relations during a period of large-scale infrastructure expansion.
He began his career at BSCPL Infrastructure, where he worked as an HR & Admin Executive for more than four years, supporting one of the first Indo-Malaysian joint venture infrastructure projects in India. This early foundation gave him a strong grounding in HR administration and project-based people management.
Mushtaque holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from Kota University, equipping him with strong expertise in labour law compliance and industrial relations.
