Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, August 2024 – Muthu Rajakumar has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. In his new role, he will lead HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence in the petrochemical industry.
Muthu Rajakumar brings extensive HR experience to Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. Most recently, he served as DGM HR at SMRC Automotive Products Limited for nearly three years, where he managed various HR functions and strategies.
Prior to that, Rajakumar worked as Lead HR – Labour Relations at General Electric T&D, focusing on union management, compliance, and employee engagement for over two years. His tenure at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager lasted eight years, where he was responsible for employee relations, business partnering, and recruitment.
Earlier in his career, Rajakumar held positions as Deputy Manager at CUMI, Murugappa Group, and Site HR – Head at SSL TTK Ltd. (Scholl), where he managed industrial relations, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
