California, United States, September 2025 — N. Sabrina Morin has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Ondaro (formerly Cask NX). In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, with a focus on enhancing employee experience, driving operational excellence, and enabling long-term organizational growth as Ondaro expands its position as a ServiceNow Elite Partner.
Sabrina joined Ondaro earlier this year as Global Director, People, before moving into the role of Global Vice President, People & Culture, where she guided global HR initiatives and transformation efforts. Her progression into the Chief People Officer position reflects her leadership in aligning people strategy with Ondaro’s evolving business needs.
Prior to Ondaro, Sabrina spent nearly six years at Thirdera as Director, People & Culture, where she partnered with leadership teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. She drove HR transformation programs, managed acquisition integrations, and implemented enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives that supported high-growth business environments.
Her earlier career includes roles at Nuvolo as Senior Engagement Manager, where she led client relationships and delivery projects, and at DXC Technology (Fruition Partners) as Principal Consultant, ServiceNow, overseeing complex global client engagements. Before that, she held several HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hudson RPO Americas, and talent acquisition positions at Paladin Recruitment and Staffing, Semper International, and Total Nurses Network.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Sabrina contributes to academia as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she provides strategic guidance on advancing women in business and leadership.
