Nadia Fortino Promoted to Vice President of People and Culture at Spark Power

Oakville, Ontario, Canada, June 2025 – Nadia Fortino has been promoted to the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Spark Power. In her elevated role, Nadia will lead the organization’s people strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and workplace culture initiatives, supporting Spark Power’s continued growth in the electrical services and renewable energy sectors across North America.

Nadia has been with Spark Power for over four years, steadily progressing through leadership roles in the People and Culture function. Over the past nearly three years, she served as Director, People and Culture, where she played a pivotal role in driving talent strategies, operational alignment, and workforce engagement across the company. Earlier, she was People and Culture Manager, Corporate, for approximately two years, contributing to HR transformation and internal culture-building initiatives.

Before joining Spark Power, Nadia held the position of HR Business Partner, Americas at Winoa Canada Inc. for more than a year. She supported cross-border HR initiatives, aligning business strategy with people development programs across North and South America.

Nadia’s longest tenure was with Winoa, where she spent over six years as Human Resource Manager, contributing to the company’s workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational capability efforts. Her role involved designing HR frameworks to support operational effectiveness and business continuity.

With over a decade of experience in strategic HR leadership across manufacturing and industrial services, Nadia brings deep insights into people-centric organizational transformation. Her proven ability to cultivate inclusive cultures and align HR initiatives with long-term business outcomes makes her a strong asset in Spark Power’s leadership team.
