Cairo, Egypt, August 2025 – Nadine Essam has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition – North Africa | Frontline & Professional Hiring at PepsiCo. In this leadership role, she will be responsible for spearheading PepsiCo’s talent acquisition strategies across North Africa, with a focus on frontline and professional hiring to strengthen organizational capabilities and meet the company’s future growth demands.

Essam has been with PepsiCo since 2019, building a strong career in HR and talent management. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager – Frontline Hiring, where she developed hiring strategies tailored to PepsiCo’s frontline workforce needs. Earlier in 2024, she took on an additional short-term assignment as Internal Communications Manager, leading key employee engagement and communications initiatives across Egypt.

Prior to these roles, she held positions as HR Business Partner – Supporting Functions and Talent Acquisition Manager at PepsiCo, contributing to HR strategy execution and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Before joining PepsiCo, Essam worked at Schneider Electric as Talent Acquisition Lead, where she managed strategic hiring projects for the Egypt market. She also gained over four years of experience at Unilever, serving as Recruitment Specialist & Workforce Admin Coordinator and later as Senior Recruitment Specialist, supporting talent acquisition for multiple countries across the Mashreq region.

She began her career with Halliburton as an HR Intern, where she assisted in competency-based recruitment and pre-employment processes.
