Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Toll Group has appointed Nafla Nabhan as Vice President Human Resources – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In her new role, Nabhan will lead the people and HR agenda across the EMEA region, supporting Toll’s continued focus on workforce capability, culture, and organisational effectiveness across its global logistics and supply chain operations.
Nafla Nabhan has built a strong HR leadership career with deep experience across the Middle East and international markets, including progressive growth within Toll Group over nearly eight years. Prior to her appointment as Vice President, she served as Regional HR Business Partner – UAE, Western & Southern Europe, and South Africa for close to a year, supporting multi-country HR strategy and business partnering across diverse geographies.
Before this, Nabhan worked as Country HR Manager – UAE & Italy for about two and a half years, where she played a key role in driving HR operations, country-level workforce programs, and leadership alignment across major markets. Earlier in her journey at Toll, she served as an HR Business Partner for nearly five years, based in Dubai, strengthening her expertise in end-to-end HR delivery, employee relations, and strategic stakeholder partnership.
Prior to joining Toll Group, Nabhan developed her HR foundation within the hospitality sector. She served as Human Resources Manager at Kempinski Hotels in Dubai, and earlier spent close to four years at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in progressively responsible roles including Assistant Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Executive, and Human Resources Coordinator, gaining strong exposure to HR operations, talent processes, and employee experience delivery in high-performance environments.
She began her career with an HR internship at United Engineering Services LLC (a member of MB Holding Company LLC) in Oman, where she was introduced to core HR processes and professional HR systems early in her journey.
