Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2024 – Nageshwar P B has taken on the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Casagrand Builder Private Limited, a leading real estate enterprise renowned for developing prime residential properties. In this new role, Nageshwar will lead the organization’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Nageshwar brings a wealth of HR leadership experience spanning nearly three decades. Prior to joining Casagrand, he served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Runwal Realty, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR landscape and driving key initiatives over nearly two years.
Before that, he held the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Puravankara Limited, where he led HR transformation initiatives across the organization for two years, significantly enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Nageshwar also served as Director, Talent Function at Deloitte, where he managed strategic talent programs, strengthening the organization’s workforce capabilities during his four-year tenure.
Earlier in his career, he was Head of Human Resources at Oberoi Realty and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), contributing to the development and implementation of impactful HR strategies in the real estate sector. His journey also includes HR leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and the South Central Railway, reflecting his diverse expertise across industries.
Nageshwar holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGPMIR) from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier institutes for management education, equipping him with a strong foundation in HR leadership and strategic thinking.
