Santa Clara, California, United States, January 2026 — Nancy Erba has joined Power Integrations as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of corporate finance leadership across global technology and semiconductor businesses.
In her new role, Nancy Erba will lead Power Integrations’ global finance organization, supporting the company’s growth agenda across high-voltage power conversion, electrification, data centers, and sustainable energy solutions. She is widely recognized for scaling organizations through disciplined financial strategy, operational excellence, and value-creating capital allocation.
Prior to joining Power Integrations, Erba served as Chief Financial Officer at Infinera from 2019 until its acquisition by Nokia in 2025. During her tenure, she led the company through significant transformation, including capital raises, margin expansion, cost optimization, and the successful $2.3 billion sale to Nokia.
Earlier, she was Chief Financial Officer at Immersion Corporation between 2016 and 2019, where she oversaw financial strategy for the global leader in haptic technology. Before that, Erba spent over 15 years at Seagate Technology, holding multiple senior leadership roles across finance, corporate development, business operations, and strategic planning, including Division CFO and Vice President roles.
In addition to her executive leadership experience, Erba has served since 2019 as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at PDF Solutions, contributing deep expertise in governance, audit, and financial oversight.
With a strong track record of enabling technology companies to scale while driving long-term shareholder value, Nancy Erba’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Power Integrations’ financial leadership as the company accelerates innovation and expands its impact in energy-efficient power electronics.
