Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 – Agilent Technologies has announced the appointment of Nandakumar (Nanda) Kalathil as the new Country General Manager (CGM) for Agilent India. With over 25 years of experience in the analytical industry, Nanda steps into this leadership role with a wealth of expertise in strategy, business development, team leadership, and customer relations.

Together, we will continue to drive Agilent’s success and strengthen our position in the Indian market.”
Nandakumar Kalathil has been associated with Agilent Technologies for over 18 years, playing pivotal roles across sales, strategy, and enterprise business. Most recently, he served as Director – Strategy & Enterprise Business – LSS India, where he spearheaded strategic planning and operational execution to drive enterprise-level growth and innovation.
Prior to this, he worked as Regional Sales Director – Instrument Sales for six years, where he was responsible for leading high-impact sales teams and crafting business plans tailored for the Indian market. Before that, he held the role of Sales Director – India – Service Sales, contributing to Agilent’s customer-centric approach through effective sales management strategies over a four-year tenure.
Nanda’s journey at Agilent began as Area Sales Manager – Services Sales, where he built deep customer relationships and significantly contributed to the service business over a span of more than eight years. Earlier in his career, he worked with Millipore (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Service Engineer, gaining valuable experience in instrumentation and field support.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Tamilnadu College of Engineering, and further enhanced his leadership skills through the Executive General Management Programme at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
