Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd. has appointed Nandu Shinde as General Manager – Human Resources. In this role, he will lead people and HR priorities aligned with plant and business needs, supporting workforce effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement across the organisation’s operations.
With deep experience across manufacturing HR and plant leadership, Nandu Shinde brings strong capability in HR policy design and execution, industrial relations and employee relations (IR/ER), statutory compliance and liaisons, recruitment and selection, general administration, and welfare initiatives—areas that are core to enabling stable operations and sustained performance in industrial environments.
Before joining Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd., Nandu spent nearly two decades with VARROC Engineering Ltd., serving as Plant HR Head in the Greater Aurangabad area. In that role, he handled end-to-end plant HR leadership, including HR policies, IR/ER, statutory compliance, hiring, administration, and employee welfare programs.
Earlier in his career, he worked with International Conveyors Ltd., contributing to HR responsibilities within a manufacturing ecosystem. Prior to that, he served with the Endurance Group, where his responsibilities included recruitment and selection, training and development, general administration, and HR policy support.
