Denver, Colorado, United States, August 2025 – Natalia Hess has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. (EBI). In her new role, she will lead the company’s global human capital strategy, fostering a high-performing culture across its diverse business units in biotechnology, pet food science, and space & defense.
Prior to joining Ensign-Bickford Industries, Natalia Hess served as Vice President HR Global at Nobel Biocare for nearly seven years. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, she played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation, talent management, and organizational effectiveness across the company’s global operations in esthetic dentistry.
Before that, she spent over a decade with Danaher Corporation in Germany, where she held the role of Vice President HR EMEA for KaVo Kerr. In this capacity, she led strategic people initiatives, developed regional talent pipelines, and enabled business growth across the European market.
Earlier in her career, Natalia held the position of Manager Expansion HR at MediaMarktSaturn, where she supported HR integration and workforce planning during a period of aggressive business expansion across Europe.
Her extensive international experience and leadership in HR make her well-positioned to support EBI’s continued global growth and innovation across its multi-industry portfolio.
