In this key leadership role, Jessica will be responsible for shaping Bloom Growth’s people strategy, strengthening its organizational culture, and driving initiatives that enable both individual and business growth.
With nearly two decades of experience across insurance, manufacturing, and technology sectors, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, change management, and leadership development. Her career reflects a strong commitment to building high-performing teams and cultivating workplaces that balance engagement with operational excellence.
Prior to joining Bloom Growth™, Jessica served as Vice President of Human Resources at Serigraph, where she played a pivotal role in leading HR transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, international HR expansion, and performance management enhancement. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR processes with business strategy to support growth and innovation.
Before Serigraph, Jessica worked with Dutchland as Director of Human Resources, overseeing organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce development strategies. Earlier, she spent over six years with Construction Forms, Inc. (Con Forms), where she built and led the HR function from the ground up, driving global people initiatives and talent retention programs across regions.
Jessica began her HR career at ACUITY Insurance, where she served in multiple roles including Human Resources Specialist and Commercial Lines Underwriter. During her tenure, she helped the organization earn recognition as one of the top medium-sized employers in the United States, owing to her innovative wellness and engagement programs. She currently also serves as a Board Member at The Threshold Incorporated, supporting community development initiatives in Wisconsin.
