Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Mirae Asset Capital Markets (I) Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Hina Q. as Chief Business Officer (CBO), m.Stock. The company recognized her significant contribution in strengthening m.Stock’s digital business and elevating customer experience through innovation-led growth and strategic execution.
With more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hina Q. brings a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, customer-centric thinking, and people-first leadership. In her new role, she will lead the business at m.Stock and contribute toward advancing the Vision 2030 ambitions of Mirae Asset Securities India.
Prior to her appointment as Chief Business Officer, Hina served as Associate Director – Digital Acquisition & Growth | Digital Experience | Customer Excellence at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (I) Pvt Ltd, where she was a core member of the founding digital leadership team responsible for building and scaling the m.Stock platform from the ground up. During this period, she played a key role in transforming m.Stock into a scalable digital-first broking platform through a combination of business strategy, AI-led engagement, customer lifecycle management, service excellence, and revenue growth initiatives.
Among her notable contributions, Hina helped scale m.Stock from zero to approximately 2.9 million customers while building and leading a team of more than 300 professionals across customer experience, digital acquisition, customer service, partner service, quality, and training functions. She contributed to strengthening referral-led acquisition programs, enhancing onboarding experiences, building lifecycle engagement frameworks, and driving AI-powered customer engagement initiatives. Her efforts also supported the growth of a ₹1,800 crore-plus margin trading funding book and significant increases in subscription-based revenue through product-led growth strategies.
Before joining Mirae Asset, Hina spent nearly a decade with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, where she progressed through leadership positions including Senior Vice President – Online Business, Vice President – Online Business, and Associate Vice President – Business Solutions & Innovation. During her tenure, she contributed to digital business transformation, customer acquisition strategies, product innovation, and online brokerage growth initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Hina held leadership responsibilities with Bonanza Portfolio Ltd as Assistant Vice President – Business Solutions Group and began her professional journey with Aditya Birla Group as an Application Specialist, building expertise in technology-enabled business transformation and customer-focused innovation.
