Before joining Krayden, Inc., Natalie served as Chief HR Consultant at Dopp & Associates, LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she focused on talent acquisition, development, and executive coaching. She advised organizations on creating scalable HR frameworks and building high-performing workplaces aligned with business strategy.
Natalie’s earlier role as Chief People Officer at HireVue involved developing and executing a global HR strategy, where she contributed to the company’s growth and cultural transformation. She was a key advisor to the executive team and championed leadership development, organizational efficiency, and HR best practices.
Natalie also spent several years at Integrate as Chief People Officer, where she led strategic planning and cultural transformation initiatives. She focused on creating a memorable employee experience, talent optimization, and corporate social responsibility programs, earning the organization numerous accolades for workplace culture and employee engagement.
In her prior roles, including as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Vixxo, she led efforts in talent development, succession planning, and organizational alignment to foster a strong, mission-driven culture and robust HR infrastructure.
