Greater New York City Area, February 2025 – Natalie Newman has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Spectrum Science. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, and leadership development to support the company’s continued growth and innovation in science-focused communications.
Before joining Spectrum Science, Natalie Newman spent nearly two decades at Syneos Health Communications, where she most recently served as Executive Director, HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she played a critical role in shaping HR policies, driving employee engagement, and leading HR initiatives that aligned with business growth and transformation.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Wilson Elser, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
