Riga, Latvia, November 2025 — Natalja Krumina has been appointed as the Global Head of Talent Sourcing and Acquisition at Ecommpay, a leading international payments platform empowering global business growth. In her new role, Natalja will lead Ecommpay’s global talent acquisition strategy, overseeing recruitment operations across regions and driving initiatives that strengthen employer branding, sourcing innovation, and organizational capability building.

Natalja’s professional journey at Ecommpay spans over five years, during which she has steadily advanced through critical HR and talent leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead, where she managed recruitment efforts for local and European positions, designed innovative sourcing strategies, and implemented HR procedures that enhanced efficiency and alignment across global teams. She also played a pivotal role in developing the company’s Employer Brand and EVP, and led multiple HR transformation projects.

Earlier at Ecommpay, Natalja contributed as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on headhunting, onboarding, and HR project coordination, while offering strategic HR consultation to business leaders. Her deep understanding of organizational culture and people dynamics has been key to her success in shaping agile, scalable talent ecosystems.

Before joining Ecommpay, she gained valuable experience as an IT Recruitment Specialist at IT Camp Recruitment Agency, where she focused on identifying high-performing technology professionals through strategic sourcing and social media platforms.

Natalja also spent nearly five years at Kreiss, one of Latvia’s leading logistics companies, where she served as Head of Recruitment and earlier as HR Specialist, managing end-to-end hiring processes, designing recruitment procedures, and leading HR projects across logistics, finance, and IT domains. Her earlier roles as a Project Manager at Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and Recruiter with AIESEC provided a strong foundation in project management, youth leadership, and employer branding.

Natalja holds a Master’s Degree with Honours in Public Relations from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
