London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Artlogic has appointed Natasha McArthur as its new Chief People Officer. In her role, McArthur will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors, leading global people and culture initiatives across the UK, USA, and South Africa. She will focus on scaling the people function, building a high-performing and diverse workforce, and ensuring that Artlogic’s talent strategy aligns with its ambitious business objectives and vision of category leadership.
McArthur most recently held the role of Vice President, People at Kaluza, a global SaaS platform in the energy sector, where she developed and implemented a global people strategy post demerger from OVO. She led a team of 25, expanded headcount from 200 to over 650, launched new values, and contributed to Kaluza being named Employer of the Year at the Women in Green Business Awards 2024.
Before this, McArthur spent nearly two years as Group Director, Talent Acquisition and Group Talent Director at OVO, where she redefined the Employer Value Proposition, integrated inclusive hiring practices post-merger with SSE, and built communities of practice to connect tech teams.
She also served as Director of the People Team at Gousto, a fast-growing recipe box company, where she aligned people strategy with business goals, launched the first leadership development programme, and coached members of the leadership team.
Earlier in her career, McArthur spent five years at OVO as Head of Talent, driving hyper-growth and building a high-performing acquisition team. She began her career with roles at Deloitte, Badenoch & Clark, Media Contacts, and Independent Newspapers, gaining strong foundations in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
In addition to her corporate career, she serves as a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Emanuel School Parents Association, fostering community engagement and alignment.
