São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, November 2025 — Nathalie Ohl Garrafa has begun a new role as Director of Talent Coordinators at WorkBetterNow, bringing her extensive expertise in human resources, talent development, and organizational culture to one of the fastest-growing providers of nearshore talent solutions. In her new role, she will lead WorkBetterNow’s Talent Coordination function, strengthening operational excellence, talent experience, and client delivery across Latin America.

Nathalie’s most recent experience was at the Suno Group, where she spent approximately five years and played a transformative role as Partner and Human Resources Director. During her tenure, she led critical organizational initiatives including building an innovation culture, implementing a new HR ERP system, internalizing payroll operations, and launching the company’s first Climate Survey using the GPTW methodology—earning and maintaining GPTW certification for five consecutive years. Her work also included leading succession planning, designing a Partnership Program for high-potential talent, delivering leadership development programs, and guiding the transition to 100% remote work during the COVID-19 crisis.

Before that, Nathalie served as Customer Success and HR Director at Suno, where she built the HR function from the ground up. She established structured onboarding programs, redesigned compensation architecture, expanded the benefits offering, implemented an ATS to increase recruitment efficiency, and supported large-scale headcount expansion. Her leadership was pivotal in embedding cultural transformation and designing strategic pillars for leadership and organizational culture in a high-growth environment.

Earlier, Nathalie worked with STATO – Consultoria, where she spent over six years across multiple roles including Operations Manager, Coordinator of Attendance and Operations, Consultant, and Assistant Consultant. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, she managed multi-city teams, redesigned operating models for the Career Transition area, led New Product Development, conducted assessments and simulated interviews, strengthened Outplacement operations, and contributed to major process improvements across the organization.

Prior to her tenure at STATO, Nathalie built strong foundations in the people and consulting domain through early roles in clinical psychology and HR operations. Her work as a Clinical Psychologist, combined with her experience managing sustainable events at Am3 Eventos, gave her a unique blend of behavioral insight and operational management capabilities.

She began her career as an HR Intern at RH Junior Consultoria, gaining early exposure to profile mapping, recruitment, interviews, feedback processes, and performance evaluations. Alongside this, she developed a deep behavioral lens through her clinical practice at Psicoblue, which later strengthened her leadership approach in talent and people management. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from BSP – Business School São Paulo.
