Atlanta, United States, June 2024 – BlueLinx Corporation is pleased to announce that Keisha Duck has joined as the new Vice President Human Resources.
With a distinguished career in human resources spanning over two decades, Keisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. Her most recent role was with Ryan Companies US, Inc., where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Keisha’s extensive expertise and strategic vision make her an excellent fit for BlueLinx Corporation, and her leadership will be instrumental in driving the HR initiatives across the organization.
Prior to that, Keisha spent nearly 9 years at Cox Automotive Inc. in various leadership roles. She was VP Talent, Learning & Culture for about 3.5 years, and Vice President Human Resources for over 9 years, where she managed HR strategies, employee engagement, and culture transformation efforts.
Earlier in her career, Keisha held the position of Director, People Strategies at Manheim for about 2 years. She also served as HR Manager at Cox Communications for approximately 2.5 years, where she provided strategic HR support to multiple business units.
