Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 – Navneet Bali has been appointed as the Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer at Clearmedi Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a Morgan Stanley-backed organization recognized for its clinical excellence and ethical practices. In his new role, Navneet will focus on steering the company’s growth, improving patient care, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. With over three decades of extensive leadership experience across healthcare and strategic roles, he is well-poised to lead Clearmedi Healthcare to new heights in delivering accessible and high-quality healthcare services across India.
Prior to his current role, Navneet Bali served as the Chief Executive Officer of Clearmedi Healthcare, where he contributed significantly to the company’s expansion and growth over the past year and a half. He has been instrumental in driving organizational success, embedding joy in clinical practices, and ensuring compassionate patient care.
Navneet has also been a part of the Thumbay Group as an Advisory Board Member since November 2023, advising on AI solutions in healthcare. He co-founded MedML, a healthcare AI venture, in June 2020, contributing to advancements in healthcare technology.
Before Clearmedi, Navneet was associated with Narayana Health, where he held key roles, including Senior Vice President and Group Head, leading strategic partnerships and policy advocacy. He also served as Director of the Northern Region, overseeing hospital expansions and managing a significant P&L portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Navneet held leadership roles such as Group COO at International Oncology Services and Director & Head of Hospital Operations at VPS Rockland. His tenure at the Indian Navy as Joint Director showcased his expertise in managing large-scale budgets, operations, and training for over two decades.
