Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Neelam Joshi has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at Digit Insurance, marking a new chapter in her distinguished HR career. In her expanded leadership role, Neelam will drive the company’s people strategy, employee experience, and talent initiatives as Digit Insurance continues its growth journey in India’s dynamic insurance sector.
Neelam brings nearly six years of progressive HR experience within Digit Insurance. Prior to her new appointment, she served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources and Senior Manager – Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role as Lead HR Business Partner for the West Zone, Claims, Corporate Legal, Reinsurance, and Investments. Her journey also includes experience as Manager – Human Resources, where she was responsible for HRBP for Pan-India Sales, showcasing her expertise in HR strategy and business partnership.
Before joining Digit Insurance, Neelam held multiple HR roles at Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited (MMGS) over nearly seven years, including Assistant Manager – Human Resources and Senior Executive – Human Resources in the Mumbai region. Her contributions were instrumental in driving HR operations, talent management, and organizational initiatives at MMGS.
Earlier in her career, Neelam gained valuable experience in program management roles at both ESPN and Aviva Life Insurance Company. Her expertise in PMO functions at these organizations laid a strong foundation in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
