Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 — Neelam Singh Koyande has been appointed as Director – Transaction Solutions at Lockton India, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in M&A insurance, transaction risk management, and strategic advisory. Known for her deep industry knowledge and exceptional client-centric approach, Neelam will play a pivotal role in enhancing Lockton’s transaction solutions practice, working closely with private equity firms, corporate M&A teams, and legal advisors.
Prior to this role, Neelam served as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Aon, where she focused on transaction risk broking and delivered tailored insurance solutions to complex mergers and acquisitions. Her work helped drive critical deal support and risk mitigation strategies for leading investment and advisory clients.
Before Aon, she worked at JLT Group as Principal Consultant, supporting strategic business growth through her expertise in M&A insurance structuring. She also held the position of Chief Manager at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, where she developed core strengths in commercial insurance advisory and client management.
Neelam holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from Chetana’s R.K. Institute of Management & Research, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from SIES College, blending technical acumen with strategic thinking to offer holistic risk solutions.
Her appointment underscores Lockton India’s commitment to expanding its transactional risk offerings and providing world-class service in a dynamic M&A landscape.
