Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 – ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies (AMGBT) has announced the appointment of Neeraja Polisetty as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than two decades of experience in global HR leadership across IT, consulting, engineering, and manufacturing, Neeraja brings extensive expertise in organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, global HR operations, and digital HR programs, including large-scale Workday implementations. At AMGBT, she will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and driving the company’s growth trajectory as it continues to evolve into a future-ready and inclusive enterprise.
In her most recent role, Neeraja served as Head of HR at Cyient DLM Limited, where she led initiatives in HR digitization, IPO readiness, and industrial relations. Her leadership was pivotal in strengthening organizational capability and preparing the business for strategic expansion.
Before that, Neeraja held multiple senior leadership roles at Cyient Inc. (USA & India), including Senior Director of HR, Global Delivery Organization and Senior Director, North America. During her tenure of over five years, she played a critical role in driving global people strategy, leadership development, and HR process transformation, with a strong focus on digital HR and leadership capability building.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Cyient Limited as Assistant General Manager – HR, leading initiatives in M&A integration, succession planning, talent development, and program-managing one of the largest Workday HCM implementations across global operations. She also spent over seven years with Wipro Technologies as HR Manager, where she managed engagement for a workforce of over 5,000 employees, focusing on business HR, capability building, performance management, and international employee transitions.
Alongside her professional achievements, Neeraja has also invested in leadership development, completing the Global Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at The Wharton School in 2019, in addition to holding an MBA in Human Resource Management from Siva Sivani Institute of Management.
